268041 - should be easier to click URLs

When an event has a URL, you have to bring up the "edit" dialog and then click a
button to visit it; it would be nice if the display of the event in the calendar
had an icon or something that you could click on to go to the URL directly.

Generally I'm uncomfortable with the notion that I have to "Edit" an event in
order to fully *view* its contents.  I guess it seems to me that I should be
able to read all the information about an event without having to use the "alter
this event" interface, so I'd like to see more access to that information
through the calendar view itself, rather than than through the edit dialog.

    This bug, although confirmed, seems to be a duplicate of bug 203021.  If you
don't feel that it is, please clarify what makes it different.  Otherwise,
please mark this bug as a duplicate.
