In the calendar I publish at http://www.dnalounge.com/calendar/summary.ics I
attach URLs to the description and locations of the events (this is in addition
to the URL field):

    LOCATION;ALTREP="http://www.dnalounge.com/directions/":
DNA Lounge: 375 Eleventh Street\, San Francisco.

    URL:http://www.dnalounge.com/calendar/2004/11.html#05

    DESCRIPTION;ALTREP="http://www.dnalounge.com/calendar/2004/11.html#05":
     Remedy ...

In the case of DESCRIPTION, that's redundant (since I'm using the same URL for
URL as for DESCRIPTION ALTREP) but on LOCATION, it's a link to driving
directions, etc. It would be nice if Calendar did something with that; perhaps
include a clickable icon next to the location text that opens that URL?

(For what it's worth, Apple iCal and Ximian Evolution don't seem to do anything
with ALTREP either.)
