Single window mode's apparently buggy, so it was hidden from view in bug 266759.
 Yippee.  Now we have to update Help for it, which includes hiding the relevant
documentation, updating a screenshot of the Advanced Panel in Options, and
notifying all the l10n teams so they can do likewise for their l10n-ized Help
stuff.  Patch for removing docs in a second, image will have to be done by
someone else...

Ideally we'd enclose this in a <div id="singleWindowMode"/> and use Javascript
to dynamically hide or display it depending on the preference's state.	I have
doubts that would be approved, however, and as I don't know the method offhand
I'm not going to go looking for it right now anyway.  It's not that critical
that we're perfectly correct in the non-standard state anyway.

Someone else needs to take care of updating the image.
