page not rendered as shtml, IE works, maybe bad builded page

I see this in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5)
Gecko/20041029 . Not a Firefox bug. I don't know if the page is badly coded, or
if this is a Gecko bug. It's probably the latter, but I can't confirm that right
now.

All the garbage code is in <% %> tags.  IE (incorrectly) treats that as
commented out text.  Since we don't, you get to see it all.

Not a browser bug.  The site needs to fix its code.
