Somehow, with opening and closing Tb a few times, I got banned from Slashdot's
RSS feeds for a while. It would be nice if there was a per-feed option for how
often to update the feed, and it would be good if Tb kept track of the last time
it was updated, so it wouldn't do it too often even if you close and restart Tb.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a Slashdot feed.
2. Refresh it too often.

Actual Results:
Get banned.

Expected Results:
Should have an option to restrict individual feed updates to every so many
minutes/hours/whatever.
Severity: normal → enhancement
