Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to about:plugins
2. See first entry about browser plugins at Netscape.com


Actual Results:  
Takes you to http://home.netscape.com/plugins/index.html

Expected Results:  
Personally, I'm not sure but since Mozilla Firefox technically is not Netscape
anymore it would make sense to link to plugindoc.mozdev.org or somehow link to
the respective OS systems plugin list (if possible). Or combine the two
sentences and make it only one link.
I'm not sure what you guys would choose.
