I cant't download security plugin,so I can't use web bank.It doesn't display the
password input form.

Not being able to download a plugin is not a security hole.

I can't reach the url given (http://mybank.icbc.com.cn) and there's no details
in the bug (can't download why? what message do you get? is it maybe an ActiveX
(IE-only) install?).

Reopen if you're able to supply more details.

The Password area on the login page for http://mybank.icbc.com.cn/ is an ActiveX
object, not a standard <input type="password"> tag, and so will only work in IE.
There is also a second ActiveX object that handles the form submission (after
some Javascript validation).

By the way, no error message is given - the ActiveX page elements just aren't
displayed.
