What's wrong here? It seems the encoding has changed.

Why was the \ removed ? Was that an error in the first place ?

The \: is a disease from MozillaTranslator. In properties-files, : is always
escaped in MT, but is not required to be escaped. The difference is trivial.

Hmm.. alright, I see traces of MT other places as well. We'll get them fixed
later if it doesn't really matter.

What about the encoding change in userChrome.css ?

As discussed on IRC, we'll just let it pass. The only difference is that people
will have to use a UTF-compatible editor to read the comments in userChrome.css
