a desired popup window is blocked by Firefox

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit site with cookies enabled
2.click on "guest login" maybe (several times)
3.choose "free quick Match"


Actual Results:  
4.the popup is blocked

Expected Results:  
4.the popup is opened

It's been decided at least twice that mousedown isn't close enough to click to
count as requested.
