In a 3 pane layout, if the user moves the focus from one message to the next the
message immediately is marked as read. It should only be marked as read after a
(user defined) delay, since just moving from one message to another, and
immediately to another marks the message in between already as read.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a message in the upper pane.
2. Move down to the next message, and immediately to the next message again
3. All three messages are marked as read now, though you didn't really read the
middle message. A 2-3 second delay before marking the message as read would have
prevented this.

Actual Results:
