update.mozilla.org should poll info from the extension author's site
periodically to see whether or not the extension has changed. If it has, it will
automatically update the extension's page on update.mozilla.org and mirror the
extension. This should allow update.mozilla.org to always have the latest
extension.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
There's way too much potentional for malicousness here. It overrides any system
of testing that might exist, and some authors might actually like the control
they have over what versions appear on update.

Authors will soon be given the ability to login and manage their extensions in a
mostly automated way. Making it much easier for them to keep their listings
up-to-date.
