Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041103 Firefox/1.0RC1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041103 Firefox/1.0RC1

When using tabbed browsing one needs to unlearn the useful windows middle mouse
button click on a open tab closes the tab. I've tested that this bug still
exists in 1.0RC1 on FreeBSD.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open multiple tabs
2. Click on any tab you wish to close with the middle mouse button.
Actual Results:
Firefox decides that a "paste" has occured in the tab you are currently browsing
and displays something like:

"Host name lookup failure
The host hfgdtilt could not be found. Check the spelling and try again."

Expected Results:
Closed the tab which was clicked on with the middle mouse button.

I'm using Window Maker 0.91 on FreeBSD 4.10-STABLE. X11R6 (x.org) is installed.

What's rather annoying is that if you are filling in a form when you do this it
tends to loose the form data which you are inputting.
