Install script (install.rdf) installs package calendar.jar but there are
language packages too (like calendar-cs-CZ.jar). It needs add some new lines to
install script like

<Description about="urn:mozilla:extension:file:calendar-cs-CZ.jar">
  <em:locale>locale/cs-CZ/calendar/</em:locale>
</Description>  

for all packages.
