Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

When I try to install the Theme Installer Add On ( themer.xpi) from
themes.mozdev.org, it does not install. When I click to download the add on, it
downloads. Then it says restart Firefox to complete. I restart, and the add on
is gone.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I Go to themes.mozdev.org
2.I Download it.
3.I restart Firefox.

Expected Results:
It should have been located in the extension menu.
Not installing that is a feature, not a bug: it was last updated in May 2003,
and virtually everything about extensions and themes in Firefox has changed
since then. The themes listed there would mostly break Firefox if you did get
them installed. For current versions, you are much better off at
http://update.mozilla.org/themes/ where it can detect Firefox versions after 0.9.
