'Add Bookmark' dialog should remember the setting to show the detailed view of
Bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the menu item Bookmark | Bookmark This Page...
2. Push the box with an arrow at the right of the 'Create in:' edit box to bring
up the detailed view of Bookmarks
3. Push OK or Cancel
4. Reopen Bookmark | Bookmark This Page...
Actual Results:  
The detailed view is closed.

Expected Results:  
The detailed view stays open.
