After scrolling.
When I view a page with striked-though links on windows or with striked-through or underlined links on Linux the color goes down a couple of line and sort of highlights the text beneath. I'll attach a screenshot. This is true when I look at bug 266681 comments 11 & 12. When I scroll they appear about 1/2 a line beneath as well. But when I right-click the link it expands to 3 or 4 line beneath. Firefox 1.0RC2, WinXP Home SP2, Celeron with 256k RAM
