Don't block cookies from update.mozilla.org and it should work, reopen if it doesn't. See http://update.mozilla.org/faq/ for more.

What the hell is this for a way of site navigation? Why do I have to allow cookies for this? Adding "category=xyz" to url works with every browser in every configuration. Using cookies for tracing of category is disadvantageous. Nowadays nearly every server sets cookies (most of them are not really necessary) like a shotgun or rapid fire gun, therefore in my preferences cookies are allowed for a few domains only. And I bet I am not the only one. So why use cookies for this instead of a simple cookie-block-aware url parameter? ...which is implemented, but not used...
