When you compose a mail in gmail.com, try to attach a file. Before you select a
file in the File Upload window ,open a new firefox window, you will get that new
winow not responding to anything entered into the address bar, with a "check for
update" green arrow besides "Help" in menu and, all the bookmarks in Bookmark
Toolbar Folder (but you can still find it from the menu)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into gmail.com
2.Click compose mail
3.Click attach a file
4.Click browse button to open the file upload window
5.Leave the file upload window open, try to open a new firefox window
6.You will see what I've described

Actual Results:  
(as described in Details part)

Expected Results:  
address bar response to typing address, bookmarks appears in bookmark toolbar
folder, and maybe the check for update green arrow should disappear soon after
starting the new window
