Using Mozilla Calendar 2004110411-cal anytime I try and use the Tools menu, when
it pulls down there is nothing in the menu!  However I find the import function
is in the File menu now.  But, in Sunbird 0.2a the Tools menu is fully populated
as expected.

WindowsXP Professional SP1 with all patches (No SP2)

Any helpful options are welcome especially Javascript Console.
Just note that the addition should be supported on Mozilla Suite, firefox and
thunderbird, even if done with if-else blocks.

Attachment: menuOverlay.xul patch: add JavaScript Console to Tools menu

Tested with 0.2 branch on Moz1.7.5, FF1.0, TB1.0.
(Can test with trunk after nightly xpi becomes available for w2k.)

reduced from major to minor: it is empty because there are no tools, not because
a major tool is missing.  

Workarounds to get JavaScript Console: 
a. use the base program's tools menu.
b. start base program with -jsconsole command line parameter
