after cleaning up, the title of download manager window did not updated. the
counts went wrong.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download a file
2. wait for the completion
3. download another file
4. now clean up the download manager using the clean up button

Actual Results:  
the total number of files (on the title) remains 2 files while u can only see
one file in the list because u had clean up the completed download.

Expected Results:  
The title of the download manager should be updated with accordingly to reflect
the real number of download in our current list.
