On print preview and also on printing, the text is chopped off along the right
margin

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the page within Firefox
2. Print Preview (portrait mode, shrink to fit, standard 12.7 mm margins all round)
3. Print it also

Actual Results:  
the text is chopped off along the right margin

Expected Results:  
The text should be print previewed and printed properly without it being chopped
off.

In general, printing from Firefox is poor.  Especially also: the left and right
headers and footers are too close to the edge of the paper.
