This has already been discussed at length, the decision has always been the that
number of times this would be used doesn't justify adding another item to our
already large context menus. An item on the main context menu to print the
current page is bug 24221 (which I think is what you're asking for).
Alternatively if you're asking for an item on the frame sub-menu that's bug 137014.
I think you're asking for the first of these so marking as a dupe of bug 24221.
