if I try to download a file of a file type I have not configured yet, the dialog
with these two points appears:
1. open with
2. save to disk
everything works fine, but when I try to open it with an application, the
application selection dialog appears and I can't choose any .app application,
their font-color is light gray and they are locked

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.download a file of an not yet configured file type
2.clicking others in the download dialog
3.try to choose an application in the application selection dialog

Actual Results:  
the .app files stay all locked so I can't select one

Expected Results:  
I should be able to select any .app file

Fixed in latest builds.
