268254 - Firefox branding: nb_NO default search plugins

Per now, the only change in nb_NO searchplugins in the official build is
google.com -> google.no

However, we'd like to change the following:
1. Remove 'Creative Commons' totally.
2. Change amazon.com -> amazon.co.uk
3. Change eBay to QXL.no (which is norwegian)
4. Change dictionary.com to http://www.dokpro.uio.no/ordboksoek.html

And perhaps add the following ones:
5. Caplex.net - online, free norwegian encyclopedia
6. Telefonkatalogen.no - free phonebook (for Norway only).

Perhaps translate to nb_NO: "search" -> "søk"

Aside from that, it looks good. I've tested the plugins with the latest FF
builds, and they all work as expected.

For Amazon plug-in change:

Havar: I tried the new builds, and the Yahoo icon (red one) is missing from our
builds. Do you know if this checkin caused that ?
