If a page fails to load while I am dragging a bookmark (thus bringing up an
error dialog), the browser stops responding to input.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open bookmarks sidebar
2. Type a nonsense url.
3. Drag a bookmark and hold the mouse button until the page fails to load.

Actual Results:  
An error window pops up but the software hangs.

Expected Results:  
Abort the drag and close the window when I click the ok button.
Looks like a duplicate of Bug 246801. Please resolve it.
