268298 - Master password dialogue should be more detailed

The master password dialogue taht currently says "Please enter the password for
the Software Security Device" is very vague and non-user friendly for people who
don't know what the hell is going on. I propose that it be re-worked (post 1.0,
obviously at this point it won't get in) to look like this:

Also, given that a user might have more than one application with a master
password dialog, the user needs to know which application it is for. (see bug
273026)

I just followed a bugzilla link from outlook, which immediately opened a master
password dialog, I had to think for a minute to know which application (And
therefore which password) was being accessed.

Erm, how does added necessary contextual information on this dialog have
anything to do with a timeout on the master password?
