Refreshing a page while in Print Preview messes up the browser. Links work and
browsing is normal (it should only allow viewing in Print Preview, not
navigation), but on top is the Print toolbar rather than normal Navigation
toolbars. Plus the Print toolbar looses some of its funtionality, like the close
button. Closing the browser is the only solution I found.

This is similar to bug #249919 and #177491.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any website. "http://alistapart.com/" for example, since it uses a
print stylesheet
2. Go to File > Print Preview
3. Press F5 to refresh
Actual Results:  
Changes to normal browsing with Print toolbar and allows navigation

Expected Results:  
Should refresh the data and/or stylesheets (especially the print stylesheet),
and keep the print toolbar working

This bug works with all pages. Even if it doesn't contain any CSS.

This also occures in Mozilla 1.7.3, however a bit differently. In Mozilla 1.7
however, the Close button does work. In Firefox 0.9 or 1.0, it does not.

Expected Behavior: It should not refresh, period. Or at the very least, the
Close button should be functionnal.

This works fine on Mozilla 1.8a6, here only ctrl+r used for reload. pressing F5
doesn't refresh the page even in the main window.
Where as in firefox both (ctrl+r and F5) are used to refresh. In the print
preview window pressing ctrl+r doesn't reload only F5 does.
So, one option could be like how Mozilla suite works use only ctrl+r for reload.
But not sure how this could be as users are very much used to F5 for refresh.
