Tried to change SMIL from opening in Quicktime to Realplayer. Though Choose Application window 
shows, I am unable to select Realplayer (shaded out). I remember there being a different dialog box in 
OS X where you can select from "Recommended Applications" to "All Applications". Can Firefox use this 
or is this a different matter?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Preferences > Downloads > Choose a filetype (.smil in this case) > Change Action > Open them in 
application
2. Unable to select Realplayer under Applications
