Bookmark this page... dialog has a small button near create in..., enabling you
to open folder ierarchy to save your bookmark in a particualr folder you want in
the ierarchy.
The way I vision it, it should save opened posittion, e.g. expand it once and
you should have it expanded every time you open the dialog to add bookmark again.
However, I have to open it every time again and again cause position is not saved.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmarks/Bookmark this page...
2. Expand the dialog using down arrow button.
3. Add bookmark.
4. Bookmarks/Bookmark this page... - the dialog is ont expanded

Actual Results:  
the dialog is ont expanded

Expected Results:  
it shouldve remembered the position I think ;)

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
