Note that there is a similar issue with the new Creative Commons plugin, to
which should be added this line:

	queryCharset="UTF-8"

I think it is more a general issue that affects these two search plugins in all
locales, but even more important for us as the French language uses many

Ideally, this one should be checked to each localization, including the english
one. 

Alternatively, if the updateurl field does something at all, the plugin at
http://mycroft.mozdev.org/plugins/creativecommons.src should be corrected and
