Open any page in Firefox 2. "Save page as..." with russian symbols in name 3. Open saved file by double-clicking it in windows explorer (don't close the window where you save the page) Actual Results: Firefox shows an alert that a given file cannot be found. It shows a file name url encoded. Expected Results: Firefox should open a file It seems that this bug occures only if browser in one window mode, that is opens external links in new tab

I think it can be used to represent the bug
