Menu disappear after installing the german language pack and error message on bottom

After installing the german language pack in mozilla, I tried to activate it in
the preferences, I selected it, closed completly mozilla and started it again. I
could than see that the menu at the top of mozilla had disappear, and I get an
error message at the bottom of the window (printed in red) :

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Mozilla 1.8a5
2.download & install the german language package
3.apply the german package in preferences>language
4.completly shutdown mozilla
5.start mozilla

Actual Results:  
no more menu on the top of the window, error message on the bottom of the window

Expected Results:  
apply the german language package on mozilla

I use the new theme installed with the standard package of mozilla
There is no official language pack for your (Nightly) version of Mozilla, so
this bug is INVALID. Please read http://mozilla.kairo.at/faq.php#NightlyXPI
before installing a Nightly XPI pack.
