Mozilla refuses to print on RASTER/RASTER-COLOR drivers as it is not allowed to
set the orientation property.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Mozilla
2. Run X on HP-UX in print mode
3. Select a printer which uses the RASTER driver.

Actual Results:  
Error dialog.

Expected Results:  
No error dialog.
