I close the extensions window.  Firefox crashes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open extensions window
2. Check for new extensions
3. Close "checking for updates window" by clicking cancel.  (May not be necessary)
4. Close extensions window.
5. Watch Firefox die a horrible death, or at least start error reporting.

Actual Results:  
Firefox died.  Error reporting window came up.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should not crash.

I'm unable to reproduce this with the latest builds.
