On Tru64 UNIX 5.1 and Redhat Enterprise Linux 3/amd64, whenever I right-click on
a link and select "Open Link in New Tab", a new "Untitled" tab window appears.
The URL never appears in the new tabbed window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on link
2. Select "Open Link in New Tab"
3.

Actual Results:  
A new "Untitled" tab window appears without the contents of the link.

Expected Results:  
The new tabbed window should display the contents of the link.

This bug only occurs on Tru64 UNIX 5.1, Redhat Enterprise Linux 3/amd64, and AIX
5.2. It works successfully on Solaris 2.6-9/SPARC, HP-UX 11.00, 11i, AIX 5.1,
IRIX 6.5, and Redhat Enterprise Linux 2.1/x86, 3/x86.
