On the application http://www.weliketowalk.com/walking-club.cfm, the input 
components no longer allow a cursor change when the user mouses over them.

The scrollbar component can now receive user interaction. This was not true in 
build 0.9 but was true before 0.9.
The input component does not cause a cursor change. It worked before build 0.9 
but still fails in production.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.weliketowalk.com/walking-club.cfm AND 
http://www.welikesports.com/sports-promotions-marketing-inquiry.cfm. When the 
Flash Player's IE tags are removed, the input component works. On 
http://www.welikesports.com/sports-promotions-marketing-inquiry.cfm, the IE 
tags for Flash do not exist. on www.WeLikeToWalk.com, the IE tags for Flash Do 
exist.
2.Click the username form.
3.

Actual Results:  
http://www.welikesports.com/sports-promotions-marketing-inquiry.cfm : Cursor 
changed.
http://www.weliketowalk.com/walking-club.cfm: Cursor did not change.

Expected Results:  
The cursor should have changed.
