On the academic library site questia.com, when trying to read any of the online
books/journals, my scroll wheel AND the up/down arrow keys do not work. In order
to read the pages, I have to manually drag down the sidebar each time i want to
read more.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to questia.com
2.Access any of the materials on that site
3.Try to use scroll wheel/arrow key

Actual Results:  
Nothing :/

Expected Results:  
Scrolled!
How about providing an url where the problem exists?
