The Scrollbar is hidden when opening Extension Manager, you have to change the
horizontal size and make it bigger to see the scrollbar, if you decrease the
size the scrollbar disappears again. It's not a big bug, but it's annoying.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Extension Manager
2.If Scrollbar is visible decrease the horizontal size.


Actual Results:  
The Scrollbar gets invisible.

Expected Results:  
Scrollbar should still be visible.
