On files that download slowly, the download speed and time estimates are
negative for a time before enough transfer has happened to get a good estimate.
The screenshot shows -2257.-7 KB/sec; 00:0-19 remain.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a download of a large file from a site with a slow connection such as
http://69.17.34.236/m3post/2004-11-07-radio-vcd.mpeg

Actual Results:  
Download shows -2257.-7 KB/sec; 00:0-19 remain.

Expected Results:  
Show nothing or ? while waiting for enough data for a realistic speed calculation.
