Details

Several sites can be viewd in Netscape 4.7 and lynx, but when I try to view them
with mozilla ( from CVS: last update less than 1 day ago ), I get a 403:
Forbidden. I've seen the behavior at these sites (since 6 Feb 2000)

this is invalid, 403 is a server error, nothign to do with mozilla at all.
