When the firefox window is resized to be about 1900-2000 pixels wide (on a
multi-monitor display), the toolbars, menus, and status bar stop painting.

Beyond about 2300; the main frame stops painting. The portion to the left of
the point where things stop painting still display correctly, with the exception
of images, which will start floating over text as they resize properly.

The status bars will display properly if they are concealed and allowed to
repaint; but they will often leave artifacts behind

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a combination of displays for a total width of > 2500 pixels
2. Resize the window to be more than 1900 pixels
Actual Results:
Status bar, menus, and toolbars stop painting, displaying whatever is below them
on the desktop.

Expected Results:
Continue to render correctly
Summary: When window width is large does not paint properly → When window width is large it does not paint properly
