This usually takes just a portion of the effected window and is reproducible the
majority of the time. The effect can also be achieved by scrolling the window
where a distortion appears.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open one or two versiontracker pages and another site in tabs
2. click between tabs or scroll
3. there should be artefacts from one site or tab overlaying the top of another

Localised version. The dimensions of the ghosting are seemingly always
