Latest ns-cck build dated: 02-03-00 O/S: Win NT4.0 Installation from CD will not work unless the ftp:// lines in the customizable config.ini are removed, and the file is re-checked in. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install CCK build 2. Create Custom build 3. Burn a cd with the contents of the <customconfig>\Output\ 4. Try to install from the CD Results: Installation from CD is unsuccessful due to the fact that the config.ini, that is built into the seamonkey32e.exe, points to ftp:// urls and will invoke smartdownload.

The ftp lines are there so that ISPs can sometimes use it to help customers download the xpi files. We collect the ftp value and pop it in that place so we cannot remove it - marking as WONTFIX
