Downloaded several themes and selected one of them.
After several runs it returns to the default theme by itself
and disables possibility to chose a theme.

Same here, although i did not need so many re-runs.

I have downloaded the Noia theme version 2.88, installed it and used it.
The next time I ran Deer Park alpha 2 it disabled the default theme and did not
let me use it.

I'm using Windowx XP service pack 2, on an athlonXP 1800+ CPU and 512MB of RAM.
I don't know how the system information is related to the bug, but people always
supply it :-)

I'm guessing this is because the theme wasn't truly supported. If you can reproduce this with a specific theme from addons.mozilla.org and using Firefox 2.0.0.3 or later (and a new profile), please file a bug report with the maker of that theme.

Resolving as INVALID.
