In the location bar, Google search box, and so on, the up and own arrow keys should work as the home 
/ end keys. In every other text field, the the one I'm typing in now, this is how they work. However, the 
location, etc bars work more like Windows - giving you the dropdown menu

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Address Bar text field
2. Push the Up or Down Arrow key
Actual Results:  
Dropdown menu appears

Expected Results:  
Move to beginning or end of line
