tested this again today using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O;
ast-ES; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0
Tested using Mac OSX 10.3.6.
I am no longer seeing this problem. The default theme is present and I am able
to install and switch themes.
Can you test it again in the 20041111 build? If it works I would like to close
this bug. I've tested the 20041111 builds for windows and linux and they are OK,
and I would like to approve the 20041111 builds for 1.0 release.
Any clue what part of the localization can have influence the default theme in Mac?

This looks fine on the Mac using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O;
ast-ES; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041111 Firefox/1.0. The theme manager comes up with
the default theme and I am able to add themes with no problem. Ship it!
