After upgrading Firefox, extensions/themes which were not uptdated have enable
extension context menu item disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:
User should be able to enable incompatible extensions/themes at his/her _own
risk_. Before enabling, _warning box_ should ask for confirmation and pointing
out to start Firefox in Safe Mode if enabling extension/theme causes Firefox to
crash (Checkbox to place Safe Mode icon on the desktop).

this bug is essentially the same as bug 258062. You may want to add your comment
about allow *enabling* of disabled extensions there, although I think it is obvious.
