268808 - cannot drag and drop themes

I cannot drag and drop .jar themes onto the theme manager window. I cannot find
any other way to do this manually, and it seems that its supposed to work. I've
created new profiles, reinstalled, etc... no fix.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download .jar theme
2. open theme manager
3. drag .jar file

Actual Results:  
nothing. the icon simply disappeared. if i drag it to the preview side, the icon
slides back to the desktop.

Expected Results:  
installed the theme, or given a descriptive error message

This works with every theme I've tried.

Are you sure that the themes you've tested are 1.0 compatible? (What's their's
maxVersion in install.rdf?)

I am experiencing this same bug. If I try opening the .jar file(manually or
through firefox) I get this message;

-Jar Launcher
-The jar file "<file name>" couldn't be launched. 
-Check the Console for possible error messages

So I checked the console:

-Invalid or corrupt jarfile (followed by the file path)

There was one of these lines for every time I tried opening a .jar file.
