RIGHT clicking on decission dependant tabs
OR 
RIGHT CLICKING on address  in address bar
 ideally might bring up an option that would allow:
  new tab 
 or 
  new window


would it be useful to have a force new web call to open a new window in
preferences?  or is thaT logistically impossible?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open browser to:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi
2.put search text in serch window
3.RIGHTCLICK on search button.

Actual Results:  
list cones down
but list does NOT have :
open in new tab or
 open in new window

Expected Results:  
options:
open with new tab
open with new window

That would be unecessary clutter. This isn't a problem if you hit Ctrl-T or
Ctrl-N to open a new tab or window before you start typing your search.
