using 2/7 build of mozilla 1) launch mozilla 2) launch composer with blank doc 3) Format | Page Title and Props | General Notice the Location field is not filled in with "file: Untitled" it works on 4.x... all platforms.
Jeez, this dialog is nowhere near complete! Please, no bugs yet! Assuming that we will abandon the 3-panel tabbed dialog for this, I'm going to keep this bug as the tracker to do a separate Title/Author dialog or toolbar item.

Checkin in early 2/15, before autobuild. Still need to do "advanced" portion for meta tags - will file separate bug. Title and author on toolbar are removed.
